Today is Libby’s 13th birthday! 🥳 Libby is a Southern sea otter who was found abandoned in the wild at just 24 hours old. The rescued otter arrived at her ‘fur’ever home, Point Defiance Zoo, as a fluffy six-month-old pup. 🦦 Libby is the smallest of our three rescued Southern sea otters, but that has never stopped her from toting along her otter pals, Clara and Moea, for a swim or a snuggle. 💕 Happy birthday, Libby! 🎉

🐸 The five-month-old tiny Solomon Island leaf froglets hatched at the Zoo are doing well and are now hunting crickets. These frogs are one of the few frogs with no tadpole stage. The froglet’s current size is now larger than a skittle! 💚
